TFS 2008 Power Tools: Alerts Editor needs to associate user accounts with POP3 mail box

If you are in a workgroup environment, in order to select subscribers in the alert editor you will have to associate that local user account to a POP3 mail box. To do this, add the local windows user account to POP3 Users Group. To have more info on alerts editor, click here.
